Job Description
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proactively assist in job postings, resume screening, and the scheduling of interviews to attract top talent
2. Make 50 to 70 engaging calls daily to candidates, ensuring a smooth scheduling and coordination process for interviews
3. Diligently update and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems to enhance operational efficiency
4. Champion the onboarding process by preparing essential documentation and coordinating impactful orientation sessions
5. Organize and actively participate in dynamic employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture
6. Promptly respond to employee inquiries, providing helpful assistance to enhance their experience within the organization
