Job Description

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing daily call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service.
2. Prioritizing follow-ups and high-potential leads for better conversion.
3. Reminding customers about upcoming EMI payments and due dates.
4. Following up with defaulters and providing repayment options.
