Job Description
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Community organizing & advocacy:
a. Mobilize students and communities to participate in systemic change initiatives.
b. Build partnerships with college clubs, NGOs, and institutions.
2. Project management & strategy execution:
a. Develop and execute projects aligned with Systemic Altruism’s mission.
b. Organize events, talent contests, and hackathons that drive real impact.
3. Research & policy analysis:
a. Conduct research on social issues and their root causes.
b. Help develop sustainable solutions and marketing/social campaigns.
4. Digital outreach & social media campaigns:
a. Promote initiatives through social media, video feedback, and content creation.
b. Engage audiences with storytelling and awareness programs.
5. Leadership & volunteer management:
a. Recruit, train, and manage student volunteers/interns.
b. Guide teams to implement meaningful solutions.
