Job Description

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create effective job postings, screen resumes, and manage interview scheduling.
2. Make 40 to 50 calls daily to schedule and coordinate interviews.
3. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
4. Enhance onboarding with clear documentation and orientation coordination.
5. Organize engaging activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
6. Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide HR support.
