Job Description
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Facilitate impactful job postings, conduct thorough resume screenings, and expertly manage interview scheduling.
2. Make 40 to 50 daily calls to candidates, effectively scheduling and coordinating interviews to streamline the hiring process.
3. Ensure meticulous updates and maintenance of employee records within HR systems, promoting accuracy and efficiency.
4. Enhance the onboarding experience by preparing comprehensive documentation and flawlessly coordinating orientation sessions.
5. Drive employee engagement by organizing and actively participating in vibrant activities and events that foster a positive workplace culture.
6. Provide prompt and helpful responses to employee inquiries, delivering essential support regarding HR matters.
