Job Description
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
2. Make 50 to 70 daily calls to candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews
3. Update and maintain employee records in HR systems
4. Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions
5. Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events
6. Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic assistance as needed
