Job Description
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop clear and effective job postings, review resumes, and manage the scheduling of interviews.
2. Make 40 to 50 calls daily to arrange and coordinate interviews.
3. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
4. Improve the onboarding process with clear documentation and coordination of orientation activities.
5. Organize engaging activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
6. Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide comprehensive HR support.
