Job Description

As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients, building relationships with e-commerce businesses, and helping them optimize their logistics operations. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and the e-commerce logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including e-commerce businesses, D2C brands, and online sellers.Cold Calling & Outreach: Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
2. Client Engagement: Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining our services, pricing, and benefits.
3. Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture them to conversion.
4. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.
5. Sales Support: Help in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
6. CRM Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with lead status and interactions.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach.
8. Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiastic about sales, business development, and e-commerce logistics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
