Job Description

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. You will answer student queries posted on various channels such as Q&A Forum, community, emails etc., within a defined time.
2. Assist students in understanding supply chain logistics concepts and processes by providing clear and concise explanations and feedback along with helping students improve their skills in the subject.
3. You will be grading student projects and providing personalised feedback to students to help them improve their knowledge and skills.
4. You will monitor the community for questions and concerns from students.
5. You would be responsible for sharing daily practice problems, learning resources and other learning materials with the students in the community at predefined times.
6. You would be required to assist in conducting live sessions for students in the Supply Chain Logistics PGC. You have to answer questions that are asked on chat during ongoing live sessions.
7. You will assist in monitoring and maintaining student progress and engagement in the program, including tracking attendance and participation in course activities.
