Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for software applications and retail operations.
Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with the development team for resolutions.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
Work with automation tools and assist in developing test automation scripts for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and industry best practices.
Analyze data and provide insights to enhance product performance and customer experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, product managers, and business analysts to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies in an agile environment.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, Selenium, or Katalon Studio is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and automation scripting is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
