Job Description

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct business analysis and research to identify growth opportunities and ensure sustainability.
2. Create engaging written content to raise awareness, attract donors, and engage with the audience.
3. Use HRIS to streamline human resource processes and enhance efficiency.
4. Implement digital advertising strategies to boost visibility and support fundraising initiatives.
5. Collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas and execute new initiatives.
6. Assist in organizing events and campaigns to further the organization’s mission.
7. Monitor and assess the impact of programs to ensure they are effective and efficient.
