Job Description

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Addressing complaints related to EMI payments.
2. Escalating unresolved issues to the concerned department.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions.
4. Assisting the collection team in recovering overdue payments from customers.
