Job Description

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Receive inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
2. Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and loan conversion targets.
3. Follow company policies and RBI regulations while communicating loan details.
4. Provide clear and transparent information regarding loan interest rates, repayment terms, and penalties.
